Our Fit4Baby classes are total body workouts. Each class includes cardio, strength, stretching & balance. You will sweat. You will get your heart rate up. And you will need shoes. Our instructors are specially trained to offer you a workout with prenatal modifications for every fitness level. So whether you're starting to exercise because you are pregnant or you are a regular athlete, our instructors will give you a prenatal workout that will help you prepare your body for labor, delivery, and welcoming a new baby.
