Your first Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre or Fit4Baby class is free, and we'd love to see you in class whenever you are ready.
In order to redeem your free class, decide what class day & time you'd like to attend. Then click "enroll now" to sign up for that class on our schedule.
If you haven't already, you will be asked to create an account with your contact information. Once your account is created you will be issued a Free class pass to use at any Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, or Fit4Baby class. You will not be asked to enter any payment details in your account at this time.
After you enroll for class, you will be asked to sign our on-line liability waiver. Please complete this before attending a class. If you haven't completed it before class, the instructor will ask you to sign it before participating in class.
Yes, of course! Your free class pass expires one month after you create your account. If for any reason you cannot attend a class before the expiration date, please contact us to issue you a pass for the class day & time you would like to attend.
We strongly encourage you to enroll for class before you come. If you do not enroll by creating an account and signing the waiver prior to class, the instructor will ask you to create an account and sign a waiver at class. It is easier to enroll for class during a peaceful naptime/late night feeding than it is when you're distracted by other friends and children.
Also if there are any last minute changes to class (i.e. weather, illness, location, etc.) you will receive an e-mail and/or text message notification to the account you created to let you know of any changes.
We have a variety of price programs to suit your fitness needs. We do not give refunds or credits, so please choose accordingly.
Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre pricing:
Membership - $75 joining fee and $79 /month Unlimited Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre & Fit4Baby classes at any of our locations and includes equipment needed. For anyone planning on attending class 5 times a month or more, this is the best option. *Minimum membership term 3 months.
We will cancel classes if an instructor is ill or in extreme weather conditions. You can check our website/Facebook page by 8am each class day to confirm.
Due to the cold (and dark) winter, we will only hold EVENING & WEEKEND classes if at least 3 people are enrolled for class 2 hours prior to class start. If you are planning to attend a class at night or on a weekend, be sure to enroll in advance so class is held. And be sure to confirm via our website announcements or Facebook.
We highly recommend enrolling for the classes you plan to attend each week & you will receive a notification if the instructor or venue changes for that class.
If you ever show up to a class and there is no instructor (and it’s not cancelled due to weather), please let us know so that we may credit you a class.

We are more concerned with YOU and if you've been cleared by your doctor to resume regular activities (including exercise). If you've delivered vaginally, this is typically at 6 weeks, or 8 weeks if you had a c-section. Once cleared, you can begin classes whenever you're ready!
Children can take classes with you up to any age so long as they still enjoy a ride in the stroller. ALWAYS get your doctor’s permission before starting this or any other kind of exercise program.
Any stroller that isn't prone to tipping. We've had moms use everything from a snap-n-go to a BOB Revolution and everything in the middle.
We generally recommend that you stay away from umbrella strollers, but you DO NOT need a jogger or expensive stroller!
Our classes are the safest places to be if something is bothering your baby. We are all moms and have dealt with fussy babies at some point in class. Your baby will most likely not be the loudest or noisiest in class that day.
Some of the "veteran" moms have great tips/tricks for babies at all ages. One popular suggestion is to bring a front carrier with you to class. Our instructors are great at offering modifications for all exercises while carrying your baby.
Our first priority is the happiness of your baby. Feel free to tend to your baby first; feel free to nurse/feed your baby at any station if needed. Because we stop every few minutes for body toning, you can always catch up with us if you get behind. If your baby ever fusses so much that you miss an entire class, we will happily credit you another class. Our instructors will do their very best to make the class enjoyable for both you and your baby!
YES! We welcome ALL pregnant women to our classes whether this is your first pregnancy or your 19th pregnancy. All pregnant women need time for themselves and to prepare their bodies to welcome a new baby! This class is for you.
Our Fit4Baby classes are total body workouts. Each class includes cardio, strength, stretching & balance. You will sweat. You will get your heart rate up. And you will need shoes. Our instructors are specially trained to offer you a workout with prenatal modifications for every fitness level. So whether you're starting to exercise because you are pregnant or you are a regular athlete, our instructors will give you a prenatal workout that will help you prepare your body for labor, delivery, and welcoming a new baby.
Body Back is a high intensity interval training workout that focuses on moms achieving their goals in a supportive environment. The instructors will help you push past your comfort zone to make changes. A true high intensity interval workout is not appropriate for pregnant women.
As a newly postpartum mom, your body is so different! There are so many hormonal changes and different issues you are facing that you already have a lot on your plate learning how to be a mom to an(other) infant. You are also not sleeping, which makes a HUGE difference to how you are feeling. While you are welcome to enroll in the course, we will have different goals for you as a mom to a 6 week old than if you were a mom to a 9 month old. It will be a different kind of challenge, and we would love to have you join us.
