Body Back Boost

Can't commit to a full 8-week session? Body Back boost is for you. Drop-in to classes throughout the session. We'll be sure to get you sweating & your heart rates up each class.

**Please note a drop-in pass does not include any on-line support, meal coaching, assessments, or equipment. This is a single workout only pass.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether you just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.
