5K Training Program

If you've ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don't know how to get started, this program is for you. This class is designed for the beginner to accomplish a 5K run (3.1 miles). You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. Bring a friend; we promise to get everyone across the finish line!

Our 5K training includes: personalized training schedule, FIT4MOM team shirt, weekend morning group runs, & weekly e-mails!
