Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to find their own strength for motherhood. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 high intensity interval classes per week, supplemental streaming workouts from phone or computer, exercise tubing, Food Journals, on-line coaching & support.

Can't commit to a full 8-week session? Body Back boost is for you. Drop-in to classes throughout the session. We'll be sure to get you sweating & your heart rates up each class.

**Please note a drop-in pass does not include any on-line support, meal coaching, assessments, or equipment. This is a single workout only pass.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.

Are you ready to 5K? We will gradually take it from a walk to a steady jog. We'll teach you how to find your own pace, run with a stroller, and stay safe & fun in the process. We are all Moms Gone Running!

Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only.
